At The Appraisal Team, Inc., we’re a full-service appraisal company founded in 2003. We are a trusted appraisal company in the state of Missouri and Illinois. Since our founding, we have been providing residential appraisals for single family homes, condominiums, multi-families, manufactured homes, and land properties.
Our mission is to provide you with the highest quality report possible at a fast turnaround time. We are fully staffed and always answering the phone to ensure you receive great communication throughout the process. All of our appraisers are state-certified professional and qualified to meet all your needs.

Meet Our Founder
Doug Maupin, our founder, has been in the appraisal industry since 1999. He is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the Board of Realtors.
Doug is passionate about the real estate industry and is dedicated to providing outstanding services to his customers. He believes that communication is key, especially when it comes to making sure that all parties are well informed throughout the entire appraisal process.
His goal is to provide a professional quality appraisal report to his clients in a timely manner.
